| Announcement summary: | Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (Lion CG, the Company) requested Independent Mining Consultants, Inc. (IMC) along with other consultants listed in Section 2.4 to prepare a Technical Report, compliant with Canadian National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, for the Updated Mineral Resource on the MacArthur Copper Project (the Project, the Property, the Deposit) located in Lyon County, Nevada, approximately 75 miles southeast of Reno, Nevada. The effective date of the mineral resource is February 25, 2022. The mineral resource of the MacArthur Project has been presented in a news release by the Company dated January 13, 2022. Subsequent to that news release, the domain boundaries between North Ridge and Gallagher were updated slightly, resulting a minor increase to the total mineral resource. An updated summary of the pit shell contained mineral resource is shown in Table 1-1. The MacArthur Property is located near the geographic center of Lyon County, Nevada along the northeastern flank of the Singatse Range approximately seven miles northwest of the town of Yerington, Nevada (Figures 4-1 and 4-2). |
