Announcement summary: Moneta Gold Inc. (Moneta Gold) commissioned Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. (Ausenco) to compile a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) of the Tower Gold Project. The PEA was prepared in accordance with the Canadian disclosure requirements of National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) and the requirements of Form 43-101 F1. The responsibilities of the engineering consultants and firms who are providing qualified persons are as follows The report supports disclosures by Moneta Gold in a news release dated September 7, 2022, entitled, “Moneta Delivers Positive PEA for Tower Gold”. All measurement units used in this report are International System units (SI) and all currencies are expressed in Canadian dollars (C$ or CAD) unless otherwise stated. Mineral resources and mineral reserves are reported in accordance with the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (CIM, 2014) and the CIM Estimation of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Best Practice Guidelines (CIM, 2019).
