| Announcement summary: | Killi Resources Limited (‘Killi’ or the ‘Company’) (ASX: KLI) is pleased to release additional soil and rock chip results from the Ravenswood North Project, Charters-Towers region of Queensland. Surface rock chip samples returned up to 224g/t Ag, 0.55% Cu and 5.27g/t Au, at the Rocky prospect, with sample locations 1km along strike from anomalies determined earlier in the year. Soil sampling extends the existing grid to the north-east and south-west with results identifying a third gold anomaly (Anomaly 3), 300m north of the two existing gold anomalies (Anomaly 1 & 2). Results indicate a rich gold-silver core to the system 1.5km2 with corresponding copper, selenium, tellurium, indium enrichment. Proximal to the core is strong lead-antimony and zinc enrichment, followed by a distal system elevated in silver-copper-lead-antimony and molybdenum. This geochemical fingerprint is not only indicative of large-scale intrusion-related gold deposits around the world but is also similar to that of district systems within close proximity to the project, such as Mt Leyshon (3.9M oz Au and 2.4M oz Ag produced) and Mt Wright (1.5M oz Au produced). |
