This technical report (the Technical Report) presents the most up to date MRE for the Project, and the results of a Feasibility Study (FS) on the La India open pit component of the Project (the 2022 FS). The 2022 FS has been coordinated and compiled by SRK and represents the next stage in development of the La India Project following publication of the 2021 PEA Technical Report on 9 September 2021.
