| Announcement summary: | The Report has been prepared for Alpha Lithium Corporation (Alpha Lithium) to conform to the regulatory requirements of Canadian National Instrument (NI) 43-101 using the form 43-101 F1 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The Project area is located in the Salar de Tolillar basin (the Salar) in the Salta provincial boundaries in the Puna Region of northwest Argentina and is not yet considered to be an Advanced Project. The Salar is an evaporite basin with demonstrated brine in the subsurface that is enriched with lithium. Salar de Tolillar is the Central Andes of Argentina and within the so-called “Lithium Triangle” of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile. Although the exploration work is still ongoing, this report represents the status of the work as of September, 2022.
