Announcement summary: | Mine Development Associates (“MDA”), a division of RESPEC has supervised the preparation of this technical report and Pre-Feasibility Study (“PFS”) of the DeLamar gold – silver project, located in Owyhee County, Idaho, at the request of Integra Resources Corp. (“Integra”), a Canadian company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V:ITR) and the NYSE American Exchange (NYSE:ITRG). The DeLamar project encompasses the DeLamar and Florida Mountain deposit areas. Both deposit areas have been subject to historical underground mining in the late 1800s and early 1900s, as well as late 20th century open-pit mining. The most recent open-pit mining, which ceased in 1998, was conducted by Kinross Gold Corporation (“Kinross”). This report has been prepared under the supervision of Thomas L.
