(URE) and its subsidiary, Pathfinder Mines Corporation (PMC), under the supervision of Western Water Consultants, Inc., d/b/a WWC Engineering (WWC), pursuant to Canadian National Instrument 43-101, “Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects” (NI 43- 101).
