| Announcement summary: | On January 7th, 2022, Mr. Donald Baxter, CEO of Ceylon Graphite Corp. (CYL), commissioned Christian Derosier Géologue-Conseil inc. (C.D.G.C.) to prepare an independent up-date of the Internal technical report (Report) prepared by C.D.G.C. in January 2021, on its 100% owned Karasnagala Graphite Project (K1 Project), located in the Western Province of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The present mandate also comprises the estimation of mineral resource outlined by the recent exploration programme and the rehabilitation of the underground workings. The Author visited for the first time, the K1 Project area on August 2nd and 5th, 2018 and then on October 19th and October 21st, 2018. Since that time, no additional drill hole has been bored. The main activities have consisted in the obtention of the different permits needed for the Mining Licence and the refurbishing and deepening of the main shaft. No additional sampling has been carried out. |
